Passion for what you do; this statement can be a false proxy. You become passionate about certain things in life based on your dedication. The more you dive into the craft and educate yourself on the idea, the better you will understand if you are passionate about something. So what are you waiting for? Jump in!
You can't be angry if you are humming a song.
Smile at yourself in the mirror. It emits immediate positive results to the body.
Learn about food. Food is an amazing cure-all for the body. Eat food in moderation to enjoy, but also, understand the benefits of certain foods. Learn to cook the basics! I am diving into food and quickly becoming "passionate" (see #1).
Love. Share your life with others. We are meant to connect with others! Trust me, there are people out there with similar interest. Stay offline and meet people in-person when possible.
Dream big! A written vision- even a terribly written one, can enhance your life immediately, as long as you become dedicated to it!
Mediocracy. I can't think of a worse situation than being mediocre. If I put a full effort in and fail, that is rewarding -but, If you live in “blah”- it is time to make a change.
Kids - have as many kids as possible/adopt. What a blessing to share your life with your kids!
Sports. Sometimes a well-needed distraction, but a distraction none-the-less, when we could be focused on actual talent building for ourselves/others.
Faith. Having faith in general will help you think more abundantly in your life.
Victim. Don’t be victim! Bad things happen to amazing people - we have to work to find our way out.
Hockey - The best sport on planet earth!!!
Heroes. Fall in love with real life heroes to draw inspiration in your own life.
Do hard things! Common theme - do hard things because it is fun. Doing easy things is easy and boring!
Accountability. We all need it, but we need to seek it and have courage to have someone hold us accountable.
Just 5 mins. When you are in a rush and people are asking you for your time - just give them 5 mins of undivided attention, and that can make the world of difference. This works great with kiddos and adults. Just 5 mins…
Green Lights. Always look both ways when going through an intersection.
Materials don't buy happiness, but they can buy fun experiences! Stick to material purchases that link to an experience.
Impulse buying. Put the item in your cart and give yourself a 24 hour rule. Tomorrow, you won’t even want to purchase it!
Anger. Stop being so angry! Be competitive, defend your rights, fight for what you believe in, but, anger will only cloud your judgement.
Talent. Any great company becomes great because of the team they attract!
Income. Use income as a tool, not the purpose of your life!
Music. Listen as if you are in the audience.
Focus. Lack of focus is alack of purpose.
Reading. Read a good book several times vs. reading just to read.
Continued education. We all deserve to learn - keep learning!
Parents. They were right…
Bucket Lists. Experience buckets with the most important people in your life. Fill them up and start checking off the list!
Exercise. Just show up!
Protein supplements. Do I really need all that protein? Maybe, but look for natural delivery of protein.
Airplanes. Don't drink the airplane coffee - trust me!
Favorite word - “crispy.” It has so many meanings: “stay crispy, look crispy, cook my food crispy”…etc. Try it!
Mentors. Sometimes you learn as much from a bad mentor experience than someone you overly trust…
Politics. The main mission right now is to divide, so follow policies that put a smile on your face.
Interdependent - I can do this, you can do this, but we will do it so much better if we rely on each other!
Play your role. Instead of trying to be the jack of all trades - play your role where your feet are. Are you at work? Be in that role. Are you at home? Be the father /mother role. Dinner date? Be in the role!

You are not special … you are unique! Being special is how I desire others to see me, which can leave me vulnerable to how other people think. I am unique, based on my experiences, and if I embrace this, I am in control of my unique destiny.
…final thoughts to leave you with…
